Today Quality Cheese Consulting was in Italy with a Dutch customer for a reference visit to a cheese portioning line that cuts Parmigiano Reggiano into wedges with a fixed weight. Afterwards we went to Facchinetti, the producer of this line, where we cut a number of Gouda cheeses (5 kg, 8 kg, 12 kg and 16 kg) into wedges with a fixed weight. The results were amazing!

This cheese portioning line offers several notable advantages:
